Guy Wilkes is a co-founder of LHC Mine Finance. Guy has 30 years experience in the City of London, primarily financing smaller companies. In 2003 he founded Ocean Equities, a corporate finance and stockbroking company specialising in the mining sector. Ocean Equities was acquired by a Norwegian investment bank, Pareto Securities, in late 2013. Guy remained as CEO of Pareto’s London office until February 2016, when he resigned in order to establish LHC.

Will Slack is a co-founder of LHC Mine Finance.  Will is an experienced corporate financier who has worked with Guy since 1997 providing advice to entrepeneurial growth companies.  At Ocean Equities he was responsible for establishing the firm as one of the leading natural resources brokers on AIM, having floated a number of companies in both the mining and E&P sectors.  Will has also been involved in a number of start up ventures, advising management teams on incorporation, capital structure, acquisition of projects and the raising of capital.
